Frequently Asked Questions
- Is it possible that my arms are too short?
- This is the most commonly asked question! Of course the answer is no, your arms are perfect. We need to figure out how to ground the hands and access your bandhas. The main method is REPETITION. However, it is acceptable to place 2 blocks (one on each side) behind you as you move your hands back, if you can not reach the floor in the beginning. If you are going to do this, I recommend not doing it every time. Use the blocks to help you find some lift, then keep trying without the blocks intermittmently. KEEP TRYING. I did not include the blocks on the video because they can become a crutch. Try the method 50 times first. If you truly can not reach the floor then start to integrate the blocks. However making contact with the floor requires patience. And once you start finding the lift, start weening off the blocks.
